Together with Messe Berlin, Eurailpress is organising the first Eurailpress Career Boost on the Talent Stage in the RecruitingLAB as part of InnoTrans 2022.
The Eurailpress Career Boost turns the game around: It is not companies that present their job offers, but young talents presenting themselves to the companies. This way, young talents become visible for the railway industry and can introduce themselves directly and easily to potential employers.
International industry experts meet the innovators of tomorrow at InnoTrans
The new recruiting concept offers five applicants each from five categories (technical professions, engineers, IT experts, operational and commercial professions) the chance to introduce themselves to potential future employers in 90 seconds. After the pitch, the participating companies are given the opportunity to ask the applicant three questions.

After the application deadline, the applications will be reviewed by an internal Eurailpress jury and five applicants per category will be selected from the applications. The 25 selected applicants will receive a confirmation and an invitation to InnoTrans in Berlin by the end of August 2022. Free admission to InnoTrans on Wednesday, 21th September 2022, and the Talent Stage will be waiting.
Interested companies looking for suitable young talents do not need to register separately for the recruiting event. After the pitches, they can contact applicants directly at the RecruitingLAB on the InnoTrans Campus in Hall 4.2.
